REFUND POLICY
Thank you for any contributions you have made to ITBC.
ITBC is unable to refund donations. However, if you feel that your donation was made in error, please contact our office. All refunds made in error will be returned using the original method of payment.

ITBC may in its sole discretion discontinue this site and its services without notice or block your access to the site.

ITBC is a section 17 Tribal Corporation under the Indian Reorganization Act (25 U.S.C. 461 et seq., 48 Stat. 984) that has been determined to share the same tax-exempt status as Indian Tribes pursuant to Revenue Rule 94-16. Pursuant to 26 UCSC §7871 (1983), Tribes have tax relief similar to states, including the ability to receive tax-deductible donations. Donations to ITBC are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
